I'm Kate. Nice to meet you.

Kate Rice, ADHD Assessment Specialist.

A closer look at who I am, what I believe in, and the care I provide for every person I work with.

I specialise in assessing and diagnosing ADHD in adults and children, providing the clarity, understanding, and answers that so many people have been searching for. My approach is thorough, compassionate, and grounded in clinical expertise.
Together, we explore what's really going on, replacing uncertainty with understanding, and confusion with a clear path forward.

I've always been drawn to the people who feel misunderstood, the ones who've spent years being told they're disorganised, distracted, or "not trying hard enough." Over time, supporting those individuals became not just my work, but my purpose.

I became an ADHD specialist to help people finally understand themselves, to move from years of self-doubt into a place of clarity, self-compassion, and possibility.

My approach.

A black-and-white graphic of a handwritten, looping scribble resembling a speech bubble or a decorative flourish.
Two hands hold a spherical glass bowl containing a small gold fish, set against a teal background.

Getting answers should feel safe, not overwhelming. I believe every assessment is a conversation — one built on trust, respect, and genuine curiosity about who you are and how your mind works.

My role is to listen carefully, assess thoroughly, and provide you with a comprehensive picture — along with the support and next steps that make sense for you.

You deserve answers. I’m here to help you find them.

Who I work with.

I specialise in supporting adults and children who:

A person holds their hand up to their face, bathed in soft, warm golden light, casting gentle shadows across their features.

Feel overwhelmed, disorganised, or constantly misunderstood
Hands hold a small mirror reflecting a partial view of a face, focused on an eye and lips, in a soft-focus, sepia tone.
Struggle with focus, impulsivity, or emotional regulation
A soft-focus, motion-blurred close-up of white daisies with yellow centers against a muted teal-green background.
Suspect they or their child may have ADHD and need clarity

You deserve the clarity that comes with answers.

I’d be honoured to be part of your journey.
